It's a dream come true for anyone who wanted to grow up to be Ariel. Seattle Parks and Recreation is offering a class where you can learn to swim like a mermaid.
Fin Fun 300 is for adults 16-65. Classes will be held at the Meadowbrook pool Monday, June 4 and 11 from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. It costs $90 and that includes your very own monofin and mermaid tail.
Seattle Parks and Recreation does ask that each participant can swim comfortably in dep water, can tread water and swim at least 25 yards.
There are also plans for a youth class, Fin Fun 101, which will take place on June 14.
