Watching the sights and sounds from the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang has us hungry for more than gold medals. There's a large Korean population here in Western Washington, which means more places to indulge our taste buds with family and friends.
Morrison Kim from Korea House of Seattle (in Bothell) shared his family's approach to Korean dining and demonstrated how to prepare kalbi, a traditional Korean short rib dish. He also spotlighted a few of the many side dishes (banchan) served with Korean meals.
