Snow showers north of Seattle and in the Cascade foothills could bring less than an inch of snow Wednesday.
Snow levels will be between 700 and 800 feet of elevation around Puget Sound and at sea level near the Canadian border, according to KING 5 Meteorologist Rich Marriott.
Wet snow was falling at 500 to 800 feet of elevation north of Seattle in heavier showers early Wednesday morning. Cougar and Tiger Mountains near Issaquah were also snow dusted.
Showers will dissipate by midmorning and clear Wednesday afternoon.
Expect rain showers through Saturday.
