Condolences from police departments across the country poured out for a fallen Pierce County deputy on Monday morning.
Daniel McCartney, 34, of Yelm was fatally shot while responding to a burglary call near Spanaway on Sunday night.
One suspect was found dead, and a second suspect is one the loose, according to Pierce County Sheriff's Department.
