Seattle-area home prices continue to break records.
The Seattle Times was the first to report on new numbers from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service showing a major jump.
The median cost of a single-family home rose in King and the surrounding counties. On the Eastside, a median single-family house soared to $938,240 in December, beating the old record of $885,000.
And in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, get this: the median price hit $1 million for the first time ever.
